For my birthday a few years ago, we headed up to Summit County for a stay in Breckenridge.  While there, we enjoyed the town, headed up to the Alpine/Super Slide, and went for a few walks.  Luckily during this time of year, the Columbines are out reaching for the sun and asking for their pictures to be taken.  This was one of the many shots I took over the weekend and I’m very pleased with how it came out.  I actually have a print of this photo hanging in my own office and I recently sold a print though my store!
