Digital Photography Tutorials

I told you all recently that I've really been getting into photography lately. I've been searching the web for good tutorials on photography in general and I've found a few really great ones, so I thought I would share them. First, I started by reading Jodi Coston's Free Photography Courses. I actually printed this out and took it on on our trip to Utah. I have just recently found another website called Photoxels where they have a large section of Digital Photography Tutorials. They have some great ones on aperture, shutter speed, and even some specific ones on taking picture of fireworks, and night time pictures.

If you know of other good tutorials, please send them my way! I'm always looking to learn more about photography! Happy Shooting!

2005 Google Zeitgeist Released

Google has published their look back on 2005 from the search world in the form of the Google Zeitgeist. It is very intresting to see the trends and how people use the internet related to things going on in the world. I like how the "The Force" still over powers the "Dark Side" even in the real world!

StreamPad - Stream your MP3s to any web browser!

Just the other day I was telling someone that I wish I could stream my MP3s from my house to work. Then, all the sudden, I came across an application that lets you do just that! StreamPad is a Java application that runs on your local machine and will load up your iTunes library and then expose an interface that allows you to browse your library, make a playlist, and then listen to your music right through your web browser! It uses AJAX and Flash to do it's work and it does it quite well. Can wait to see the next version!

If you are looking for help setting the server up, I tried to write up some help in the forums there. You can find the threads here:
