Google Sightseeing

Some people have WAY too much time on their hands. But I love those people because they come up with really intresting things for me to look at! People around the world have been scouring the satellite images that Google provides though their mapping service and have found some very intresting things. So take a trip and go Google Sightseeing! I like the big planes, and look! UFOs do exist!!

Google Maps have now been extended to cover the UK. The relevant blog is: Google Sightseeing UK (http://www.ipod.org.uk/sightseeing/)

Your link is broken mate. Anyway though, the Satellite imagery of England sucks though. You can only zoom in to like the 3rd or 4th cloest position. I'm actually out in England right now and I'm been using it a lot and the satellite imagery is lame. but the hybrid feature which is new is pretty cool. I like that, especially for the states.
